Last Monday the local ladies food and wine society

Last Monday the local ladies food and wine society asked me to pair wines for their monthly dinner. A beautiful locally focused menu was prepared by Ryan @stefanos_cafe who took inspiration from an ADFA recipe book. Thank you for the invitation, my wines (all sourced from local vineyards) along with Ryans food and great company made for a fantastic evening.

PS .... all of the wines from the dinner are now stocked at @stefanos_cafe ... if you ask, Ryan might show you the recipe that matches the wine😉

Just checking over our 23 red barrels and... boy... do I like what I see.
This is our first #touriganacional from our estate vines. I have always had a thing for Iberian varieties. Mostly because I love where I live and these varieties love my region and its hot climate.... I knew we were suited. This variety is giving me more than I hoped....what it is showing me in barrel is beyond my expectations..... can't wait to show you all.
