How can something be so wonderfully light on the pallet but so so complex at the same time? This is our 24 Moniacal Blanca Fria.... have been working on this and others today. Monak is the only winery making Blanca Fria.... our 23 took out high silver and top of class at the inland wineshow and I expect big things from the 24 as well.
Grown in the Murray Darling, disease resistant, not GMO and 100% natural acidity....yes, this variety holds its acid in a hot climate
