If you have never heard of Saperavi before…. welcome to the oldest grape variety in the world. Sap, as we like to call it is very suited to our region. The fruit arrives in the winery with perfect winemaking parameters and delivers a berry bomb of finesse and balance with a delicious and delicate fine chalky tannin finish. Minimal oak use and a short maturation time shows this variety off the best.
