Harvested when perfectly flavor ripe.  It exhibits all the best viognier attributes, ginger, spice, and ripe peach.  Honey and butterscotch with a vanilla and light toasty finish.  This is a winemaker’s wine.  Awarded Bronze at the AAVWS
