Our regions answer to Riesling.  Our Moniacal range is all about experimentation.  This trial variety has an amazing natural acid/pH balance in our warm climate.  2 years of experimentaion in the vineyard and winery to produce this minimum intervention, crisp white wine.  Perfect with seafood.
